Import Sales Drawing

Importing a Digipara LIFTdesigner project that Sales created, for example. All data is transferred to Autodesk Inventor and can from there be further processed by the engineering department - this greatly simplifies the collaboration and limits lost data from 2D to 3D!

Simplified 3D models, which are commonly used in installation drawings, are replaced by your complete 3D Autodesk Inventor models.

This allows you to create a complete 3D Autodesk Inventor elevator model in one step! 

Create Bill of Materials

A complete 3D model (including all floors, rail brackets, etc.) is the basis for an accurate parts list. 

Digipara Lift Designer produces an accurate complete 3D elevator model. When you for example add addional floors, the guide rail and rail brackets are automatically verified.

Print manufacturing drawings

Digipara Liftdesigner copies your product data drawings for each order and updates them accordingly - you can print them directly with the correct labels.

Create DXF Files

With the DXF export function, you create DXF files in a single click for all the sheet metal parts of the order. 

"Predefined Elevator Parameter" for Autodesk Inventor

DigiPara Liftdesigner consists of predefined elevator parameters, component structure and elevator logic. These three elements combine all the important elevator information, which removes the elevator company’s need for developing their own solutions.

It defines and maintains all the important geometric data like work planes and insertion points. This relieves your CAD users from the burden of defining constrains between components. Working in a complete 3D elevator model also allows you to quickly eliminate design errors.

Standarize your own Products

Your own products can be saved in the DigiPara Liftdesigner database. The database offers more than 200 tables for components (e.g. for car frames, buffers or doors) to be developed. These predefined tables  assure you that all components you are developing are well organized. 

This standardization is extremely helpful for all your engineers and draftsmen; even new team members can easily be trained and quickly understand your working methods. It also offers the ability to maintain and reuse your products in other departments.

Realistic 3D Images

By opening your Inventor geometry in Autodesk Showcase, you can create photorealistic 3D visualizations of your new elevator components. Dynamically explore geometry and material options with colleagues and customers in real time, which reduces costs and development time by shortening the design review cycles.
