LOI information can easily be added by chosing from predefined property sets like COBie and IFC4.
Each relevant component, like doors and hall buttons, has a dedicated set of BIM properties to fill. Many of the property values are preset: For example values like door width and door height are automatically filled in.
BIM execution plan specific property names can be added on a per project basis. This allows to complete the BIM model in DigiPara Liftdesigner before it gets exported.
- Level of Development support (LOD)
DigiPara Liftdesigner comes with a predefined configuration for each typical LOD value 100, 200, 300, 350, 400 and 500.
Moreover there is a LOD MAX: In fact this is no real BIM level, but it helps DigiPara users to export the “maximum” geometrical detailed model where required, e.g. for visualization.

- Common escalators The flexible "general" 3D BIM escalator library allows you to create all possible escalators. This is a good support if your product or manufacturer is not yet available in the 3D BIM library.
- 12 Escalator Arrangements DigiPara Escalatordesigner supports all common arrangements. So you can instantly compare and draw not only single escalators, but also parallel, crossed, shear or continuous arrangements.

You can pay by credit card or Paypal. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice that can be paid by bank transfer. For monthly billing, payment can only be made by credit card and Paypal.
DigiPara Liftdesigner has a monthly or annual runtime. You can start and customize your edition at any time. However, there are no refunds for cancellations or downgrades. Contact us if you need full details.
Your DigiPara Liftdesigner subscription will automatically expire after your selected term and will no longer be usable. To renew your subscription, please contact our sales team.
A DigiPara Liftdesigner license is issued directly to the customer. The customer receives an installation code for the corresponding computer by e-mail (max. 2 codes/year for transferring the subscription to another computer).
In our online help and videos you can access important information at any time. For detailed and complex requests, our technical support is available free of charge (max. 5 requests/license per year).
Training is not essential for the use of DigiPara Liftdesigner. However, we recommend all customers to attend a training after purchasing the license in order to use DigiPara Liftdesigner as soon as possible and to be able to react independently to challenges. Our support team offers German and English online trainings at regular intervals. You can find more information here.
DigiPara Liftdesigner is a standalone program and works independently.
In combination with Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks or PTC Creo you have the additional possibility to automate your drawings (DigiPara Liftdesigner Premium).
For Drawing Full Automation an ERP system is required (DigiPara Liftdesigner Unlimited).
We currently have more than 70 manufacturers available in our DigiPara Liftdesigner Manufacturer Library. If a component is not available, we always try to add it to our library promptly to make it available to our customers in DigiPara Liftdesigner.
With DigiPara Liftdesigner you can create freight and goods elevators. It is not possible to draw double guide rails.
With DigiPara Liftdesigner you can create rectangular cabins and shafts. You can easily draw glass cabins using the cabin configurator. Glass shafts can be created using custom components.
It is possible to use your own title blocks (in DWG format).
