Windows Application

DigiPara® Liftdesigner is a standalone Windows® Application and requires no other CAD Program to work.

3D Elevator Design

DigiPara® Liftdesigner consists of predefined elevator parameters, component structure and elevator logic. It combines all the important elevator information to quickly design 2D elevator drawings and 3D elevator models.

ShaftWizard

Create a new DigiPara® Liftdesigner project within a few clicks: choose between a traction or hydralic elevator, with or without a machine room and define the rope alignment. Enter the payload and the number of stops – the ShaftWizard will produce a complete 3D elevator model.

Quickly change Dimensions

With DigiPara Liftdesigner you can archieve any dimension. Simply select and modify the dimension value of your choice.

Easily swap Components

Select any component on the drawing to exchange it to a different type or size.

EN-81 Calculations

DigiPara® Liftdesigner automatically calculates the safety clearances and distances according to EN-81. The required data for the guide rail calculation, rope suspension and 3D interference checks are taken from the drawing and the consequences due to the elevator changes will be instantly verified.

Cabin Configurator

With DigiPara® Liftdesigner, the basic 3D visualisation of your cabin becomes a breeze. The integrated cabin configurator helps you configure the main characteristics (mirrors, handrails, flooring, wall panels, etc.) to create approval, entrance hall and installation drawings.

Group and Shaft Configurator

Shaft Groups
Group elevators can be created via a shaft copying operation or via the shaft wizard.
The copied / added shaft, includes all shaft components and is completely independent from the initial shaft.

BIM Components from over 70 Suppliers

DigiPara® Liftdesigner provides a very extensive product library with over 70 suppliers. Simply choose from the included component libraries to design your elevator. The flexible “Common-Components” library helps you design your own components.
Additionally, you can extend the library with the help of the DigiPara® Liftdesigner Datamanager. You can also add your own components, to share and promote new products to other DigiPara® Liftdesigner users.

Any Shaft Size and Dimensions

DigiPara® Liftdesigner works for new installation as well as modernisation projects. Easily define the shaft width and depth by adding pockets, changing car dimensions or exchanging the door package.

Standarize Products

Your own products can be saved in the DigiPara® Liftdesigner database. The database offers more than 200 tables for components (e.g. for car frames, buffers or doors) to be developed. DigiPara Liftdesigner updates your complete Autodesk® Inventor® model and also production drawings.

Autodesk® Inventor® Integration

Engineering calculations, collision factors, limit value checks, component selection criteria, customized program dialogs, editing limitations, etc. are all implemented in the individual modules. These modules can be started from within DigiPara® Liftdesigner and they have full access to all the data in your elevator project. The results of the calculations can be displayed using the Checking Report, for example.

Predefined Elevator Parameter for Autodesk® Inventor®

DigiPara® Liftdesigner consists of predefined elevator parameters, component structure and elevator logic. These three elements combine all the important elevator information, which removes the elevator company’s need for developing their own solutions.It defines and maintains all the important geometric data like work planes and insertion points. This relieves your CAD users from the burden of defining constrains between components. Working in a complete 3D elevator model also allows you to quickly eliminate design errors.

Create Bill of Materials

A complete 3D model (including all floors, rail brackets, etc.) is the basis for an accurate parts list.
DigiPara® Liftdesigner produces an accurate complete 3D elevator model. When you for example add addional floors, the guide rail and rail brackets are automatically verified.

Print Manufacturing Drawings

Digipara® Liftdesigner copies your product data drawings for each order and updates them accordingly – you can print them directly with the correct labels.
