Digipara® ha estado en la industría de ascensores por casí 20 años y está en contacto con todos los principales fabricantes de ascensores.
Se certificaron las series de ascensores de thyssenkrupp Evo 100, Evo 200 y Evo 300 y Schindler 3100, 3300, 5500 y 7000 TRD (Top Range Division, producto global). Agrega un modelo BIM simplificado (LOD 100)

Para todas las series de ascensores incluidas, se puede instalar un modelo BIM simplificado. Este modulo BIM viene con un nivel de detalle (LOD) que corresponde  a la espicificación BIM forum specification LOD 100. Para reducir la cantidad de información – especialmente en la planificación previa –  el modelo simplificado sólo incluye las dimensiones del hueco, de las cabinas y puertas. La ventaja de este modulo LOD 100 es que se puede actualizar en segundos. Esto permite adaptarse a nuevas situaciones de construcción como pisos adicionales o servicios.

Instala un modelo BIM completo (LOD 300)

Cuando es necesario, puedes, para algunas series de ascensores, instalar un modelo BIM completo con todos los detalles importantes del ascensor. Corresponde a la especificación de LOD 300 BIM forum specification. Para permitir eso, hemos conectado DigiPara® Elevatorarchitect con servidores en línea de varios fabricantes de ascensores. Estos fabricantes de ascensores mantienen el servidor junto con sus sistema de pedido, como SAP. Esto asegura que siempre obtengas el modelo de ascensor correcto y actualizado. Para utilizar esta función, sólo necesitas pulsar un botón!

LOI: Perfect BIM Properties

Select BIM Properties from predefined property sets like COBie and IFC4. Many of the properties are preconfigured: For example, values like door width and door height are automatically filled in.

If the BIM execution plan requires specific BIM property names, these can easily be added on a per project basis. This allows to complete the BIM model in DigiPara Liftdesigner before it gets exported as IFC.
