Improved support in Turkish language
We are happy to announce that our Turkish speaking colleague Ugur Akalin will be responsible for the support in Turkish language from now on. Ugur was employed at OTIS-İstanbul Headquater as a Technical Designer Specialist from January 2010 till March 2016. During his time at Otis Mr. Akalın has gained considerable experience about design and manufacturing of elevators. He worked on several national and international projects.
In close cooperation with our Turkish reseller Kitaplıoğlu Otomotiv İnşaat San ve Tic Ltd Şti, we would like to help the Turkish-speaking users to get started with DigiPara Liftdesigner.

As there are lots of Turkish customers, we are happy to provide training materials in Turkish language as pdf files now. There is also a Turkish DigiPara website.
