Legal Form Change to DigiPara AG
Conversion from DigiPara GmbH to DigiPara AG
We are continuing to grow. Effectively today, we changed the legal form of DigiPara CAD/CAM Hard- und Software Service GmbH to DigiPara AG, a shareholder’s company.
The Cologne District Court registered the conversion of DigiPara AG under the new HRB 89685 ruling. For our customers and suppliers, nothing has changed other than the name.
This step takes into account the company’s growth potential and creates the necessary conditions for future expansion. Mr. Andreas Fleischmann will continue as CEO of the company. Mr. Detlef Thöne will assume the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board.
Another purpose of this legal form change is to give future decision makers the opportunity to structure the company.
