New for architects: Schindler 3100 as 3D BIM within DigiPara® Elevatorarchitect
How cooperation should work
The cooperation with DigiPara has once again been smooth and very efficient. Within only a few weeks, the elevator data delivered by Schindler was automated as 3D BIM models in DigiPara Elevatorarchitect.
Using a test server we were able to check the libraries and release them in a short time. In the meantime, more elevator series have been provided as 3D BIM models in DigiPara Elevatorarchitect.

DigiPara® Elevatorarchitect for Autodesk® Revit® 2017 offers architects the perfect BIM workflow. It professionally guides Autodesk® Revit® to the point of reaching an optimal 3D Revit model with the correct size and number of required elevators according to their location.
DigiPara® Elevatorarchitect now provides a convenient solution for architects, who need elevators for planning in small residential buildings.
All Revit families of the Schindler 3100 series were added as 3D BIM models to DigiPara® Elevatorarchitect. Approximately 200 typical configurations have been certified by Schindler for DigiPara Elevatorarchitect and can be placed in the architect’s buildings. They are available for free!
Architects can choose this elevator series as 3D BIM via the plugin, insert it into their Revit building and adapt it to the individual requirements.
Practical and reliable elevators for residential use
The machine-room-less traction elevator Schindler 3100 is easy to plan and install. With a sophisticated design and an eco-friendly technology, the elevator series is perfect for the transport of up to 8 people in buildings up to 10 floors.
The Schindler 3100 certified series for DigiPara Elevatorarchitect is available in Europe. Please also have a look at our video:
